A chemical engineer by trade, Sean has 16 years experience in the pulp and paper industry. He worked in manufacturing, customer service and environmental protection during this time. In addition to business management, Sean has expert knowledge in process reliability, troubleshooting, organizational design, and building and keeping a loyal customer base.

Nav began his career in the financial industry and has experience dealing with investments and risk assessment. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and marketing and is an MBA graduate with a BioTechnology specialization. In addition to business management, Nav has proficient knowledge in strategic HR management, finance, marketing, and business planning. He is currently pursuing the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.

Scott comes from a farming background, having grown up on his family’s grain and purebred cattle operation. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Scott has seven years of experience in the banking industry as a Commercial Account Manager, servicing farm, business and non-profit clients. Scott has extensive experience in business management, strategic analysis, credit counselling and financial planning.
